JTPV won the honor of "National Green Factory"

On March 24, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Announcement of the 2022 Annual Green Manufacturing List, Shangrao Jietai New Energy Technology Co., LTD.hereinafter referred to as "JTPV" was awarded the"2022 National Green Factory"。

 

"National Green Factory" is the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to implement the "14th Five-Year Plan" Industrial green development Plan, accelerate the promotion of industrial green development, promote supply-side structural reform, and help the industrial field to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. From the six dimensions of "infrastructure, management system, energy and resource input, products, environmental emissions and performance", 76 indicators to conduct a comprehensive assessment of enterprises, through the enterprise self-evaluation, third-party agency evaluation, provincial industry and information technology authorities assessment and confirmation and expert demonstration, publicity and other procedures, select and determine the industry to achieve green high-quality development of typical enterprises.

 

In recent years, JTPV adheres to the concept of green development, actively carries out technological innovation, and has completed emission reduction projects such as power saving of HVAC refrigeration system, wastewater treatment, water reuse, back film high-power power supply transformation, diffusion process optimization and hardware transformation. And through intelligent transformation, continuously improve the level of green manufacturing, achieve cost reduction, quality and efficiency, and further enhance market competitiveness. In 2022, the company's daily output will increase by 8%, energy utilization rate by 5%, profit margin by 2.17%, production costs will be reduced, product defect rate will be significantly reduced, and indicators such as energy consumption per unit of output value and emission of major pollutants will rank among the industry's advanced levels.
