Drinda Kicks Off 5GW Solar Cell Production in Oman
Drinda, the parent company of JTPV, has officially initiated the establishment of a 10GW high-efficiency N-type solar cell manufacturing facility in Oman. This milestone project is scheduled to be executed in two phases, with the initial 5GW phase now underway.
On October 31, we formalized our commitment to this endeavor by signing the "Sohar Free Zone Land Lease Agreement" with local government officials at the Invest Oman building in Muscat. With construction scheduled to commence by the end of 2024 and completion targeted for 2025, this initiative aligns with our strategic expansion in the global renewable energy sector and strengthens the collaborative ties between China and Oman.
