PERC cells are the main products in the current PV market, and the industry has always focused on cost reduction and efficiency improvement as the primary goal of market competition. The technical department of the company, in cooperation with material suppliers and factories, has completed the industrial development of backside 12-segment monocrystalline PERC bifacial cells. The product is mainly designed by metallized front and back graphics, with high-efficiency and high-reliability silver paste, so that the conversion efficiency of monocrystalline PERC bifacial cells increased by 0.11%, the back silver paste consumption decreased by 26.7%, the product reliability reached the industry standard, only the silver paste consumption reduction, the annual estimate of more than 40 million yuan.
