Job Description

1、Responsible for checking and supervising the implementation of SOPs

2、Responsible for solving the abnormalities of the production line and working hard to achieve the company's KPI requirements

3、Make monthly, quarterly and annual training plan and supervise the implementation.

4、Responsible for the processing of production line abnormalities 

5、Responsible for coordinating with other departments when abnormalities occur in the production line

6、Responsible for pursuing and assisting engineers in process improvement and cost reduction and efficiency improvement

7、Report the real situation and relevant data of the department to the direct superior in time, and report to the direct superior regularly;

8、Complete other temporary work assigned by the direct superior.
